"Operation Who Am I" Workshops - On-line

The workshop will follow the book and introduce two days of exercises per session.  After thirteen sessions, you will complete the workshop and have a much better understanding of who you are and what you have to still contribute to your family and to your community.

Find your value - Find out Who you are - Find out new possibilities for you to explore

The workshop leader will be a Registered Master Social Worker whose role will be to coach and motivate you to complete the days.  It is a feel-good workshop.  While there may be a few uncomfortable questions or days, the therapist is there to make sure you feel safe and comfortable.  The whole program will finish with you developing your own personal mission that will carry you forward.

You will be responding to questions either in the book, in your own journal or on your computer.  At the end of the workshop, not only will you have your own personal mission, but you will also have your own story that you may choose to share with family and friends.

This group counseling session will not interfere with any individual therapy either in number of sessions or in counseling.  The workshop is free to those on the maintenance program at VAC.
